                           Admission of 2018 LTIP Shares and of Scrip Shares

Further to the announcements on 11 August 2021 of the proposed allotment of 1,327,550 ordinary
shares (the “2018 LTIP Shares”) pursuant to the Company’s 2018 LTIP and of 8,101,162 ordinary shares
(the "Scrip Shares") pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Alternative, the Company can confirm
that both the 2018 LTIP Shares and the Scrip Shares have been successfully issued and admitted to
the main market of the London Stock Exchange Plc and admitted to the premium segment of the
Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and have been issued and admitted to trading on the
main board of the JSE Limited.

Sirius Real Estate advises that, as of today, the Company's total issued share capital consists of
1,064,184,239 ordinary shares of no par value. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,064,184,239.
