Ms. Mokgabudi is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), being the third African woman in South Africa to qualify as a CA(SA). She has extensive financial expertise, business knowledge and leadership qualities with 32 years of accounting, auditing and advisory experience within the public and private sectors. Tshidi was an Executive Director of KPMG South Africa from 1999 until 2013 and held the position as Head of Infrastructure, Government and Health at KPMG until August 2015. Prior to KPMG, she was Managing Partner and founder of KMMT (Kgosana, Magondo, Mokgabudi & Tshikovhi). She currently serves as a non-executive director of Adcorp Limited and is Chairman of the Adcorp Audit and Risk Committee. She also currently serves on the board of Truworths International Limited and is Chairman of UCT Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the UCT Council. Ms. Mokgabudi will also join the Vukile Audit and Risk Committee, where she’ll replace Dr Steve Booysen, who will step down from the Audit and Risk Committee and join the Property and Investment Committee.
