Anheuser-Busch InBev Announces the Appointment of Ezgi Barcenas to its Senior Leadership Team as
Chief Sustainability Officer

Brussels – 28 June 2021 -- Anheuser-Busch InBev (Euronext: ABI) (NYSE: BUD) (MEXBOL: ANB) (JSE: ANH) (“AB InBev”)
today announced that Ezgi Barcenas has been appointed Chief Sustainability Officer and will join the Company’s Senior
Leadership Team. The appointment is effective August 1, 2021 and she will report directly to incoming AB InBev CEO
Michel Doukeris. Tony Milikin, Chief Sustainability and Procurement Officer, will step down from the Company as of
August 1.

“At AB InBev, sustainability is our business. The appointment of Ezgi as our fully dedicated Chief Sustainability Officer is
a recognition of the importance of sustainability and reflects our commitment to driving business outcomes and
delivering value through our ESG agenda. Ezgi has been a leader in sustainability for many years, and I am delighted to
welcome her to our Senior Leadership Team,” stated Michel Doukeris, who becomes CEO on July 1, 2021.

Said outgoing CEO Carlos Brito, “The elevation of Ezgi and the focus on sustainability is great news for all our
communities, investors and colleagues around the world.”

Ezgi joined the Company in 2013 through AB InBev’s Global MBA program. A dual citizen of the U.S. and Cyprus, she
holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, a master’s degree in
Environmental Health from Harvard School of Public Health and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School
of Business. She is most recently the Global Vice President of Sustainability. Ezgi is a recognized leader on smart
agriculture, water stewardship, circular packaging, climate action and sustainable innovation. Commenting on her
appointment, Ezgi stated, “By creating a sustainable and inclusive value chain, we are building a resilient business for
the next 100+ years. Michel and I share a passion for sustainability, and I am honored to lead our global engagement
on these topics and join the Senior Leadership Team.”

“I congratulate Ezgi on her appointment and am confident she will continue to raise the bar on sustainability,” stated
Tony Milikin. “I am proud to have championed the next leader of the sustainability function and especially of the creation
of the 100+ Accelerator, now rated as one of the top accelerators in the world.”

“Tony Milikin has left a lasting legacy in our world class procurement and sustainability functions. He was the driving
force on our public sustainability goals and a visionary on how AB InBev could be part of the solution to climate action
and making the world more sustainable,” stated Carlos Brito. “I thank Tony for all his contributions to the Company, not
only in the sustainability area, but also in elevating the procurement function to the highest level, through
implementations such as setting up a Global Procurement Office to enable our operating model, creating the Champions
Efficiency programs and strategies to capture M&A synergies and developing Waste to Wealth start-ups to effectively
drive our business results and build global partnerships.”

Given these changes, the procurement function will be further integrated as part of all our supply chain areas under one
unified leadership structure reporting to Peter Kraemer, Chief Supply Officer.
