NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
integrated annual report (“Integrated Report”), incorporating the summarised audited
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 28 February
2021 (“Summarised Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general meeting
of the Company (“Notice of AGM”), was distributed to Shareholders today, 25 June 2021,
and contains no modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on 21
May 2021.

The following reports will also be available on the Company’s website,                    at
https://hulisani.co.za/investment-opportunities-hulisani as from today, 25 June 2021:

1.   the Integrated Report, incorporating the Summarised Financial Statements; and
2.   the full audited consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year
     ended 28 February 2021.

NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be conducted entirely by
electronic communication at 12:00, Friday, 27 August 2021, to transact the business as set
out in the Notice of AGM which forms part of the Integrated Report.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 20 August 2021, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 17 August 2021.
