TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2021

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial
results for the previous corresponding period.

Nictus shareholders are advised that for the year ended 31 March 2021, the Group expects to report:

  -   earnings per share (“EPS”) of between 17.33 and 18.69 cents per share, which is between 154%
      and 174% higher than the previous corresponding period’s EPS of 6.81 cents per share; and

  -   headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) of between 17.33 and 18.71 cents per share, which is
      between 153% and 173% higher than the previous corresponding period’s HEPS of 6.86 cents
      per share.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by Nictus’ independent auditor.

The financial results for the year ended 31 March 2021 are expected to be published on SENS by
30 June 2021.
