Full Capital Redemption – NEDT1A

In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of
Nedbank Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated notes in
terms of its Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme – “NEDT1A” under
sections D3 and D5(‘Issuer Early Redemption Election’) of the
Pricing Supplement dated 18 May 2016, investors are herewith
advised of the full capital redemption of NEDT1A effective 21
May 2021.

In accordance with the terms and conditions, the Registrar of
Banks (Relevant Authority) has granted written approval of
the Issuer Early Redemption Election of the NEDT1A Notes
exercised by Nedbank.
