Changes to MTNZF Audit and Risk Committee membership

MTNZF shareholders are advised that Ms Manana Nhlanhla will step down as a member of the MTNZF
Audit and Risk Committee. She will be replaced by Ms Belinda Mapongwana who is an independent
non-executive director of the company. Manana’s resignation and Belinda’s appointment are both
with effect from 9 April 2021.
