The company is therefore required to publish the outstanding Financial Statements for the period ended 29th February 2020 to fulfil its obligation with regards to the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”) Listing Rule 12.14 concerning the filing of its audited annual financial statements. SEM has acceded to a request for an extended deadline for the Company to file and publish its audited remaining financials results for 12 months ended 29 February 2020 and the subsequent quarters ended 31 May 2020, ended 31 August 2020, and 30 November 2020 on or before 31 March 2021. Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE.
