Capital & Counties Properties PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jefferies International
Limited as joint corporate broker, alongside the Company’s existing corporate broker UBS AG London
Branch, with immediate effect.

In addition, UBS South Africa (Pty) Limited has been appointed as sole JSE Sponsor to the Company, with
effect from 5 February 2021.
