Further Trading Statement for the Six Months Ended 31 December 2020 ITALTILE LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number: 1955/000558/06) Share code: ITE ISIN: ZAE000099123 ("Italtile" or "the Group") FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020 Shareholders are referred to the Sales Update and Initial Trading Statement issued on SENS on 2 December 2020 in which it was advised that in terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, the Board of directors of Italtile (“Board”) was satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty existed that the Group's financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2020 (“Review Period”) would be at least 20% higher than those reported for the six months ended 31 December 2019.
