RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Jacob Modise, an independent non-executive director of the
company board of directors (Board) has resigned as a director with effect from
26 January 2021.

Mr Modise was also the chairman of the audit and risk committee and this vacancy will be filled
by the Board in due course in accordance with section 94(6) of the Companies Act.

The Chairman of the Board, Mr Mpho Makwana, wishes to extend the appreciation of the Board
to Mr Modise for the valuable contribution he has made to the company as a director for almost
8 years.
