Further Cautionary Announcement

Sasfin shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcements (“Cautionary
Announcements”) published on SENS and in the press on 13 November 2020 and are advised that the
Company is still considering making an offer to all the holders of the Company’s non-redeemable, non-
cumulative, non-participating, variable rate preference shares to repurchase their shares at a premium to the 60
day volume weighted average price at the date of the Cautionary Announcement.

Accordingly, if successfully concluded, this transaction may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
