RDI, the income-focused UK-REIT, is pleased to announce that the following documents have been sent to
shareholders today: -

 - the Annual Report incorporating the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2020 (the
     “Annual Report”);
 - the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 January 2021 at 11.00 a.m.; and
 - the form of proxy in respect of the Annual General Meeting.

     (together, the “Documents”).

Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

In light of the current pandemic, and in order to ensure the safety of our shareholders, the Board has decided
to restrict attendance at the AGM, which will be a closed meeting and shareholders should not attempt to
attend in person.

A facility will be provided for shareholders to access the AGM remotely and follow the business of the
meeting, details of which will posted on the website at www.rdireit.com/investors/shareholder-information.

Whilst shareholders participating in the AGM will not be counted towards the quorum of the meeting,
shareholders will still be able to vote in advance of the AGM by proxy. All shareholders are encouraged to
appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy or to vote online as soon as possible.

If you would like to submit a question on the business of the meeting in advance, please write to the
Company Secretary via LHibberd@rdireit.com, or submit a question when voting online (UK only). A
facility will also be available during the presentation for shareholders to submit questions through the
webcast. The Board will endeavour to answer shareholder questions received in advance of the meeting
before the proxy cut-off date on 26 January 2021.

Changes to the Board

As advised on 5 November 2020, Mike Watters will retire from the Board today and Stephen Oakenfull will
succeed him as the CEO of the Company. Stephen Oakenfull also joins the Sustainability and Social
Responsibility Committee to replace Mike Watters.

No Change Statement

Please note that the Annual Report contains no material changes to the results for the year ended 31 August
2020 as released on RNS and SENS on 5 November 2020.

Copies of the Documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in the UK and will shortly be
available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and can also be viewed on the Company’s
