In compliance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, NEPI Rockcastle advises that it has
received notification from Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited (“PIC”) of the acquisition by PIC of
NEPI Rockcastle shares such that PIC now holds of 10.073% of NEPI Rockcastle’s total issued shares.
