Sasfin shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 5 October 2020
wherein they were advised that Sasfin’s wholly owned subsidiary, Sasfin Wealth Proprietary
Limited (“Sasfin Wealth”), had entered into a sale of shares agreement (“Disposal Agreement”)
in terms of which, inter alia, Sasfin Wealth disposed of its 21.10% interest in the Efficient Group
Proprietary Limited, subject to certain suspensive conditions, for a disposal consideration of
R146 261 175.20 (“the Disposal”).

All of the suspensive conditions to the Disposal have been fulfilled or waived (where
applicable) and the Disposal was accordingly implemented in accordance with the terms of
the Disposal Agreement on 3 December 2020.
