RDI, the income focused UK Real Estate Investment Trust (“UK-REIT”), announces that the location of its Isle of Man
registered office will be changing to 2nd Floor, St Mary’s Court, 20 Hill Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1EU, with
immediate effect.

The head office of the Company will remain at 33 Regent Street, London SW1Y 4NB.
