FTSE/JSE AFRICA INDEX SERIES AND FREE FLOAT UPDATE


Shareholders are advised that, based on the applicable FTSE/JSE ground rules and information available in the public
domain, NEPI Rockcastle has determined that the free float calculation in respect of the December 2020 review is
67.895%.

The indicative free float changes for purposes of the FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series quarterly review will be published
by the JSE on Monday, 23 November 2020. The final determination of the free float for the December 2020 review
remains subject to the review and confirmation thereof by the FTSE/JSE Advisory Committee.
