NOTICE TO AFFECTED PERSONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 129(3)(a) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 71 OF 2008 (“COMPANIES ACT”)


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on Tuesday, 10 November 2020 wherein
shareholders were advised that the Company had commenced voluntary business rescue proceedings.

Shareholders are hereby advised that they are regarded as “Affected Persons” in terms of section 128(1)(a)
of the Companies Act and are entitled to notice of the business rescue proceedings.

Accordingly, a notice to Affected Persons in terms of Sec 129(3)(a) of the Companies Act, is available

Shareholders should note that in terms of section 132(1)(a)of the Companies Act, the Company’s business
