CANCELLATION AND DELISTING OF 6 998 136 VALUE GROUP LIMITED ORDINARY
SHARES

On 17 September 2020 the company cancelled and de-listed 6 998 136 ordinary shares.

These shares were acquired as part of a general repurchase by a subsidiary company in
terms of the general authority to repurchase shares approved by the shareholders of the
company at the Annual General Meetings held on 27 September 2007, 3 August 2018 and
7 August 2019.

The shares cancelled represent 4,05% of the issued share capital of the company
immediately prior to such cancellation. Following the cancellation, the issued share capital
of the company will now comprise 165 636 864 ordinary shares of 0,1 cent.
