TRADING UPDATE

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that Vunani is in the process of finalising its audited annual financial statements results for the year ended 29 February 2020 which has changed by more than 20% from the reviewed results releases on SENS on 30 June 2020. It will report basic earnings per share of 22.3 cents, compared to the 54.7 cents per share for the previous corresponding period, which represents a decrease of 59%.
Vunani will report headline earning per share of 0.6 cents compared to the 54.7 cents per share for the previous corresponding period, which represents a decrease of 99%.
The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
