NOTIFICATION OF PRESENTATION TO ANALYSTS

Shareholders are advised that a presentation on the Company’s condensed
consolidated audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2020 will be made to
analysts at 09:00 on Friday, 11 September 2020.

The presentation will be held via Zoom, details of which will be made available to all
confirmed participants on the morning of 11 September 2020.

The presentation will be available on Bowler Metcalf’s website at www.bowlermetcalf.co.za at
or about that time.

The results for the year ended 30 June 2020 are expected to be released on SENS on or
about 8 September 2020.
