1)     Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that Etion’s Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2020
has been published and is available on the company’s website www.etion.co.za.

Shareholders are reminded that the annual general meeting ('AGM') of Etion shareholders will be
held by way of electronic communication at 10:00 (SA time) on Monday, 5 October 2020.
Shareholders registered as such on Friday, 25 September 2020 will be entitled to virtually attend
and vote at this AGM. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be able to participate and vote
at the AGM is Monday, 21 September 2020. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to
receive notice of this meeting is Friday, 21 August 2020.


2)       Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (“The Act”): Annual compliance report

In accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listing
Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms of
section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is available on the Company’s website at
