NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE
BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders are advised that Hospitality’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2020 (the “integrated annual report”) (on which the company’s auditors
expressed an unmodified audit opinion), has been dispatched to shareholders today, Thursday, 20 August 2020. The
annual financial statements contain no changes from the summary consolidated audited financial results for the year
ended 31 March 2020, which were published on SENS on 29 May 2020. The integrated annual report is available on
the company’s website: http://www.hpf.co.za/investors/financial-reports.

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting of Hospitality shareholders which will be held
on Tuesday, 20 October 2020 at 08:00 via Microsoft Teams, a remote interactive electronic platform.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
6 October 2020 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 9 October 2020.

Shareholders are further notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, Hospitality’s annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, read
with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2003, has been published and is available
on the company’s website, http://www.hpf.co.za/about-us/b-bbee.
