UPDATE ON PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2020

Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 24 March and
29 May 2020, respectively, informing the market that the Company intended to publish its
audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2020, on or about Monday,
07 September 2020.

COVID-19-related delays have impacted on the Group’s ability to complete the necessary
work required to finalise its financial results and accordingly the board of directors of the
Company considers it prudent and in the best interests of the Group to extend the date for the
publishing of these results.

Given that the Group’s financial year end is 30 June 2020, Trellidor will publish its financial
results on or about Tuesday, 22 September 2020, and its integrated annual report,
incorporating the summarised condensed consolidated annual financial statements and the
notice of annual general meeting, by no later than Thursday, 22 October 2020.

The financial results will be presented via webcast in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.
