WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on 2 March 2020 and the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements (“Cautionary Announcements”) and are advised
that the discussions referred to in the Cautionary Announcements have been terminated and that
shareholders no longer need to exercise caution when dealing in their Cartrack securities.
