Terms defined in the Circular shall, unless otherwise stated, bear the same meaning in this announcement. The Board is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the General Meeting held on 15 July 2020, both the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the General Meeting, were passed by the requisite majority of Shareholders. The number of Shares voted in person or by proxy was 94 443 543, representing 82.19% of the total issued share capital of the same class of Sebata Shares.
