APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements the Board of
Directors of AfroCentric (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Ms Mmaboshadi
Chauke has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and
a Member of the Group’s Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 June 2020.

Ms Chauke, a Chartered Accountant, holds a BComm and a Bachelor of Accountancy (CTA),
Auditing, Taxation, Financial Accounting and Financial Management.

She is currently serving on the Mr Price Group Limited’s Audit Committee.


The Board welcomes Ms Chauke and looks forward to her contribution as a Director of the
Company.
