RESULTS OF TENDER OFFER PRICE

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 27 February and 9 March 2020
relating to the tender offer to repurchase up to 4.99999% of the issued share capital of the Company
(“Tender Offer”).

Shareholders are hereby advised of the results of the Tender Offer, which closed on Friday, 20
March 2020.

The results of the Tender Offer are as follows:

Total number of PBT Group ordinary shares (“Shares”) sold
Certificated                                0
Dematerialised                              5 384 214
Total                                       5 384 214

Accordingly, PBT Group repurchased a total of 5 384 214 Shares, representing 4.99995% of the
total issued share capital of the Company for a total consideration of R11 576 060.10.

The total issued share capital of PBT will accordingly be reduced from 107 685 298 Shares to
102 301 084 Shares.

The requisite payments to shareholders as a result of the Tender Offer will be made today, 23 March
2020.
