CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF WHL

After serving nearly eight years as an independent non-executive director, and as a member
of the Audit, Nominations, Remuneration, and the Risk and Compliance committees,
Mr Andrew Higginson has resigned from the Board with effect from 31 March 2020, due to a
range of other commitments that will occupy his time into the future.

His contribution to the Group has been significant and the Board expresses its gratitude to
Andrew and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
