CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
PSV ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Boy Manqoba Ngubo (“Manqoba”) has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director of PSV with immediate effect.

Manqoba, who completed his articles with BDO Incorporated, holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences
from the University of the Free State and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Central
Oxford City School of Business, and is currently completing a Doctorate in Commerce at the University of
Zululand. He is a former lecturer at the University of South Africa and the University of Zululand.

Having previously served as Managing Director of Amabubo Investments Proprietary Limited, a Short Term
Insurance Brokering Firm between 2014 and 2016, and Chief Financial Officer of Winnsip Financial
Services, an investment and property development company, between 2016 and 2017, Manqoba resigned
from the Petroleum Oil and Gas Corporation of South Africa SOC Limited (“PetroSA”) Interim Board on
8 January 2019 following his appointment on 5 July 2017.

Manqoba is currently an Executive at Lurco Coal Proprietary Limited (“Lurco Coal”). Lurco Coal is a
diversified commodities, beneficiation and trading business working across the value-chain to lower risk
and increase efficiencies in Southern Africa, Singapore, Mauritius and London.

The Board welcomes Manqoba and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
