RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders and bondholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of members held on Thursday,
17 October 2019 (in terms of the notice dispatched on 31 July 2019) all of the resolutions tabled thereat were passed
by the requisite majority of Hospitality shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting were as follows:

-     total number of Hospitality shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 578 154 207
-     total number of Hospitality shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 533 750 407
