RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2019


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Net Property Income increased by 25.98% to US$ 32.3 million, from US$ 25.7 million in
     the prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share increased by 27.4% to US$ 8.09 cents per share, from 
     US$ 6.35 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share decreased by 31.8% to US$ 9.68 cents per share, from US$ 14.20
     cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Dividends per share increased by 0.1% to US$ 12.20 cents per share, from 12.19 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Net asset value per share decreased by 2.7% to US$ 131.9 cents per share, from 
     US$ 135.6 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
