NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES - PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO.82

Notice is hereby given that a gross Preference Dividend No. 82 of 5,5 cents per
share in respect of the cumulative preference shares has been declared for the
period 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2019, payable to all preference shareholders
recorded in the register of Liberty Holdings at the close of business on Friday, 28
June 2019. The dividend has been declared out of income reserves.      The dividend,
payable in South African currency, will be paid on Monday, 1 July 2019.

The dividend will be subject to a local dividend tax rate of 20%.   The number of
preference shares in issue at the date of the declaration was 15,000,000. The net
dividend, to those shareholders who are not exempt from paying dividend tax, is
therefore 4,4 cents per share. The Company’s income tax reference number is
9050/191/71/8.
