CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Adapt IT (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Zizipho Nyanga has
been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit and Risk
and Remuneration Committees with effect from 31 May 2019.

Ms Nyanga is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in financial management,
audit and risk advisory, deal making and entrepreneurship development. Subsequent to
completing her articles at EY, she was seconded to the EY California office in the US. She then
joined Kagiso Media as a Finance Manager and later a start-up company in property
development and outdoor media, as the Head of Finance. Thereafter, Ms Nyanga joined the
Industrial Development Corporation as a Deal Maker where she was responsible for, amongst
others, new business development and deal sourcing, the completion of due diligence reviews
and entrepreneurial business support. Having joined the Masisizane Fund in 2014 as Head of
Post Investment Monitoring & Business Support, Ms Nyanga was appointed as its Chief
Executive Officer in 2016.
