NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 1 October 2018 wherein shareholders were notified of 
the termination of the external audit services provided by Deloitte & Touché by mutual agreement with effect from
30 November 2018 and are hereby advised that PKF Octagon Inc. with Henico Schalekamp, as the designated audit
partner, has been appointed as the external auditors of Resilient with effect from 18 December 2018.
