UPDATE REGARDING THE PROPOSED POSTING DATE OF THE TRANSACTION CIRCULAR

Unless otherwise indicated, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall bear the
same meanings ascribed thereto in the shareholder update announcement published on SENS on
Monday, 12 March 2018 (“Announcement”).

Shareholders are referred to the Announcement and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcements published on SENS on Thursday, 26 April 2018 and Monday, 11 June 2018, relating
to the Transaction to be concluded between EOH and Lebashe (collectively, the “Parties”), subject to
the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.

The Parties are currently finalising, inter alia, the long-form Transaction agreements and Transaction
circular. The Transaction circular is expected to be posted to Shareholders on or before Friday,
10 August 2018.

Further details regarding the Transaction, the Transaction circular and the related salient dates and
times pertaining to the Transaction will be published on SENS in due course.
