CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the appointment of Ms Lulama Sybil
Booi (“Lulama”) as a non executive director of the board with
effect from 14 June 2017.

Lulama is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and has over 13 years of
experience in the financial services industry incuding banking
and insurance. Lulama completed her articles at Standard Bank
and is currently employed as a senior manager within the Balance
Sheet Management Function of MMI Holdings Ltd.

Lulama serves on the board of the African Women Chartered
Accountants (AWCA) Forum – A forum focused on the acceleration
of the advancement of African women Chartered Accountants and is
currently a member of the Balance Sheet Management Exco and
Credit Risk Forum within MMI Holdings.

Lulama’s experience amongst others, includes roles in Finance,
Credit Risk, Strategy and Balance Sheet Management at Standard
Bank Group Ltd and currently at MMI Holdings Ltd.

The Board welcomes Lulama and looks forward to her contributions.
