TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 (the "Companies Act"), regulation 121(2)(b)
of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Delta has received notification from Sahara Capital Holdings (Mauritius) Limited ("Sahara Capital") of the
acquisition by Sahara Capital of Delta ordinary shares, such that Sahara Capital now holds 23.68% of Delta's ordinary
shares in issue.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
The board of directors of Delta accepts responsibility that the information contained in this announcement accurately
reflects the information contained in the TRP121.1 form received by the Company from Sahara Capital and no
information has been omitted which is likely to affect such accuracy.
